Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry‑level role is part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles, with full‑time and part‑time benefits from day one and opportunities to participate in the tool program discounts.

Pay Range: $13.20 - $19.80 per hour. Bridgestone provides fair compensation and offers medical, dental and vision from day one, paid vacation and holidays, on‑the‑job training, ASE certifications, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive components including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
