Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Firestone Complete Auto Care network. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
