Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform maintenance, and install tires, while benefiting from day-one medical, vacation, and training programs.

This position offers full- and part-time options, a supportive onboarding experience, and opportunities for ASE certifications as you grow with the team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install tires and perform tire maintenance.
• Road test vehicles.
