Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You’ll learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance with on-site training and support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
