Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a great team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn diagnostic and repair basics, perform maintenance tasks, tire care, and electrical checks, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one.

This role offers a supportive environment, on-the-job training, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications while contributing to safe, reliable vehicle service.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
