Job summary

Proficient Auto Logistics (PAL) is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Greer, SC operations team. You will coordinate auto haulers across the region with accuracy, courtesy and superb service to maximize driver and company earnings.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or logistics experience, knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations, and strong communication skills to manage loads, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or two years of logistics experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage loads efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Serve as first point of contact for Auto Haulers and manage dispatch process.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Monitor drivers' daily activities and orders to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• All other tasks as assigned.
