Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers via outbound and inbound calls.
• Communicate with dealers and merchants on escalated situations.
• Assist in coordinating with Product Support, Verifications, and Underwriting.
• Process applications and close secured title or auto loans.
• Market OneMain lending products and provide exemplary customer service.
