OneMain Financial is seeking Auto Loan Representatives for its auto purchase department in Tempe, AZ. This onsite, part-time role involves contacting customers, coordinating with dealers, and processing auto loan applications to closing, while upholding strong product knowledge and customer service standards.

You will work with sales and support teams to meet timelines, handle escalations, and promote OneMain lending solutions in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sense of urgency in meeting or exceeding application processing goals.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, retail, or call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach customers via outbound calls or respond to inbound calls from potential customers.
• Communicate with dealers and merchants on escalated situations.
• Partner with Product Support Managers, Verifications, and Underwriting.
• Assist in collateral swaps and unwinding of purchase loans.
• Identify defects delaying timelines and escalate to update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team to meet milestone events.
• Process applications and close secured title or auto loans.
• Implement strategies to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Read credit bureau reports and maintain lending product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
