Responsibilities

• Manage assigned delinquent auto-loan accounts from early delinquency through repossession referral.
• Handle high volume inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Identify appropriate account-resolution options with customers and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, arrangements, and repossessions.
• Locate customers using skip-tracing/account research methods and update contact information.
• Conduct welcome calls for newly opened auto-loan accounts and verify contact details.
