Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Loan Advisor in Fort Worth to support collections and customer finance. You will collect past-due payments, negotiate plans, and maintain positive relationships with borrowers while meeting production goals.

You will contact delinquent accounts (1-60 days), educate customers about options, and use multiple systems to review accounts, process payments, and document activity. This role emphasizes empathy, discretion, and strict adherence to fair debt collection practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of collections/financial services experience.
• Experience in a contact center is preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationship with customers.
• Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances (1-60 days).
• Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments.
• Navigate multiple systems to review account information, process payments and accurately notate accounts.
• Assist customers with debt repayment plans, including modifications and deferments.
