Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience.

• Valid driver's license and insurance for local visits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto-loan accounts through delinquency and repossession referrals.
• Make high-volume inbound and outbound contacts to resolve delinquencies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines.
• Document all contacts, changes, and actions accurately.
• Support repossession processes with the Branch Manager.
• Provide courteous service to customers, dealers, and partners.
