Job summary

Global Lending Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote GLS lending programs with automotive dealers across the assigned market. You will expand the dealer network, develop relationships, and drive program adoption while representing the company’s values.

The role requires 3+ years in auto finance and a proven sales track record. You will travel extensively, visiting dealerships, conducting calls, and supporting business growth from a home office.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance; sub-prime experience preferred.
• Strong sales background with automotive industry exposure.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and visit dealerships.
• Proficient with standard office software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Expand GLS market share by signing new dealerships and building relationships with auto dealers.
• Educate dealers on the company lending programs and maximize program value.
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and handle inbound calls to drive business.
• Maintain dealer satisfaction and retention; track goals and performance.
