Qualifications

• Arizona Personal Lines Insurance License required.
• 2 years interactive phone sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet daily KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty products.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities through phone conversations and walk-ins with potential buyers.
• Daily review of leads provided from all sources.
• Call, email, and use various communication methods to close business.
• Maintain and manage pipeline of qualified prospects in the company CRM.
• Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Cross-sell other business lines and counsel customers, quote and bind insurance.
