Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Auto Inside Sales Representative in Lakeland, FL. You’ll provide insurance quotes, advise on coverages, convert quotes to policies, and demonstrate value of GEICO to customers.

The role offers a base salary of $20.00 per hour ($40,300 annually) with performance incentives up to $60,000. There is a $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates, and licensing/education is provided at no cost. The job is 80% on-site and 20% off-site, located at 3535 W Pipkin Road, Lakeland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or professional customer-facing experience.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training provided).
• Excellent communication and ability to multitask across platforms.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive sales experience.
