Job summary

National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customers. You will work locally, both in person and by phone, building relationships, generating referrals, and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and collaborating with leadership on marketing initiatives while staying current on products and underwriting.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
