• 2+ years of customer-facing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

• Resolve customer concerns to ensure positive experiences.
