Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong technical understanding, with good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods of time; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle information based on work order and inspect all customer vehicles at receipt for damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues.
• Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
• Set up day-end procedures and perform day-end processes.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and system capabilities.
• Write electronic condition reports (ECR).
• Conduct OVE courtesy walk-around inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of needed software packages and web-based applications.
• Assist with safety practices and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• May be required to work overtime based on business needs.
