• Keep records of carrier contacts, rates, and past business.
• Learn transportation markets and seasonal trends that influence pricing.
• Match customer shipments with qualified carriers and equipment.
• Coordinate daily shipments to support on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate shipment details and changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and driver services teams.
• Monitor shipments and address challenges with urgency and professionalism.
