Job summary

Safelite in Auburn, WA is hiring for a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician. The program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and teaches skills for glass repair, replacement, and recalibration with a focus on quality and customer service.

Paid training is provided with a clear pathway to certification. You’ll gain hands-on experience and classroom instruction while learning to work safely and independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
