Job summary

Safelite in Timonium, MD is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become an auto glass technician, earning Safelite SafeTech certification and developing skills for unsupervised glass repair, replacement and recalibrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn Safelite processes and safety standards.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services & products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
