Glass America in Grand Rapids is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass both in-shop and on mobile service routes. You will use proper tools to ensure safe, timely installations and complete required paperwork for every job.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team and be part of a nationwide leader in collision and glass services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods during installation.
• Must pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
• Experience with auto glass installation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and related products in-shop or on mobile service.
• Ensure accurate paperwork is completed and submitted to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with company policies.
• Assist with loading glass onto the truck as needed; follow up with Glass Manager on issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality control.
