Job summary

Glass America in Kansas City is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace broken windshields and window glass in motor vehicles. Install glass in-shop or on a mobile basis and ensure timely, quality service for customers.

You will use the proper tools, complete paperwork, maintain a safe driving record, and perform glass repairs when needed. The role offers full-time hours with benefits including PTO, holidays, insurance, a 401(k), and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years of related work experience required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in shop or mobile settings.
• Uses proper tools and techniques to ensure quality installation.
• Completes required paperwork and reports to the Glass Manager.
• Maintains a safe driving record according to policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs when needed.
• Loads glass in the truck and ensures equipment works properly.
• Delivers excellent customer service.
