Glass America, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and windows in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. The role emphasizes quality installs, safety, and strong customer service to support our growing service network.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Uses proper tools to ensure quality installation for Glass America customers.
• Completes required paperwork and submits to the appropriate location.
• Maintains a safe driving record in accordance with policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Loads glass in the truck and prepares for service.
• Reports problems to the Glass Manager promptly.
• Maintains high levels of quality control and customer service.
• Ensures all equipment is operating properly and safely.
