Job summary

Safelite is offering a Technician Trainee role in Weston, MA, designed to train you into a certified Auto Glass Technician. You’ll learn through hands-on and classroom instruction, earning the Safelite SafeTech certification and developing the skills to perform glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.

You will begin with paid training, with weekly pay starting at $25.50/hour, rising to $30.25/hour post-certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and achieve Safelite SafeTech certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice Safelite methods through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Study and pass tests to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
