Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Buford, GA to begin as an apprentice and learn the Safelite way. You will train hands-on and in the classroom, observe and assist with installation and repair of auto glass, and work toward Safelite-certified technician status.

Competitive weekly pay starts at $21.25/hour, increasing to $25.25/hour after training and certification, with benefits, tuition reimbursement, and paid training included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in auto glass installation and repair.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.
