Glass America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shop operations by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating with Auto Glass Technicians, and maintaining accurate customer records.

This role is ideal for an organized, dependable, and technology‑comfortable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is motivated to help the team meet production and service goals.

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in retail or service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally handle customer interactions and inquiries, in person and by phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency.
• Coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians in the field.
• Enter and update customer records and sales information.
• Provide quotes on installation and repair services.
• Support shop production goals and budget objectives.
• Complete work orders and keep records accurate.
