Safelite is seeking a Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our technology and Safelite Way of Fitting. You will learn from experienced technicians and leaders, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will handle chips and cracks, manage documentation via MRM, promote Safelite items, and maintain safety and professionalism while working in varied conditions. This role supports Safelite’s service standards and emphasizes teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on, under guidance of technicians and leaders.
• Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication via Safelite MRM technology; promote Safelite items.
• Clean customer vehicle during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks in vehicle and shop.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards.
