Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to perform vehicle glass repairs using our industry-leading technology.

You will champion the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, caring heart, and service mindset, striving to bring unexpected happiness to customers by delivering the highest quality service. You will learn to repair glass in classroom and hands-on settings, manage work orders, communicate with customers, and promote Safelite offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred
• Valid state driver’s license; required to operate a company vehicle
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication using Safelite MRM technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals used during the workday.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles during wait times and in shop environments.
• Comply with all Safelite policies and standards.
