The role includes learning through training, handling work orders, and operating Safelite MRM tech, with a focus on safety and quality in every job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on setting under guidance.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, documentation and customer communication via MRM technology.
