Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our industry-leading technology. You will deliver high-quality repairs with a customer-first mindset, guided by the Safelite Way of Fitting.

You will manage work orders, engage with customers, and operate Safelite tools and vehicles. Training is provided and safety policies are emphasized across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Learn and perform Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Manage work orders and customer communication through Safelite MRM technology.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely; comply with policies.
