Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee in Needham, MA to begin a structured program that trains you to become a proficient auto glass technician.

You will learn hands-on installation, repair, recalibration, and safety procedures while earning the Safelite SafeTech certification. During training you’ll be paid hourly from $25.50 to $30.25, with benefits including a 401(k) match, medical plans, PTO, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year, plus paid training and tools to help

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
