Job summary

Glass America, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hawthorne, CA to support daily shop operations. You will assist customers, schedule appointments, coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

The role suits organized, dependable individuals with 1–3 years of customer-facing experience who are comfortable with technology. English and Spanish speaking preferred; full-time with competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle customer interactions and general inquiries, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency
• Maintain regular communication with Auto Glass Technicians in the field
• Use our software to note conversations, enter sales information and update customer records
• Provide quotes on installation and repair services per our process
• Help the team meet shop production goals and budgets
• Complete work orders and keep records accurate and up to date
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Support inventory checks, parts deliveries, and job confirmations
• Collaborate with technicians, market leadership, and Inside Sales teams
