Job summary

Glass America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shop operations, assist customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians. You will maintain accurate records and use our software to log conversations and sales data in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or auto service and comfort with dashboards, CRM systems, and performance tools. Full-time with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle customer interactions and inquiries in person or by phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency.
• Coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians and keep records up to date.
• Enter sales information and update customer records using our software.
• Provide quotes on installation and repair services using our process.
• Support shop goals and budget objectives through proactive actions.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate customer information.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory checks, deliveries, and job confirmations.
• Collaborate with technicians, market leadership, and Inside Sales teams.
