Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing and present add-on products.
• Ensure sales are structured to maximize profitability.
• Maintain required certifications and stay current in the role.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals to customers.
• Audit team deals post-sale and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
