Job summary

Walt Massey Automotive Group in McComb is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead the F&I process from start to finish, develop customer relationships, and drive strong loan approvals.

This full-time role requires proven negotiation skills, a solid PVR, closing ability, and dealership operations know-how. You’ll train the team, present F&I products confidently, and ensure all contracts comply with regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have proven automotive finance experience.
• Strong PVR and negotiation skills required.
• Proficient typing and accuracy when processing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all necessary documentation and customer contracts in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while maintaining a positive floor attitude.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence to ensure an excellent customer experience.
