Job summary

Global Lending Services LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to act as an ambassador to automotive dealers in the assigned market. You will expand market share by signing new dealers and increasing awareness of the company’s lending programs.

The role requires touring dealers, building relationships, and collaborating with operations to drive program adoption, with-up to 75% travel from a home office. Sub-prime auto financing and auto industry sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance with sub-prime auto financing experience preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending programs.
• Partner with operations teams to capture quality business and increase program utilization.
• Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships.
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and respond to inbound dealer inquiries.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction and retention.
• Complete and submit documentation to track and assess goals.
• Foster a collaborative culture to achieve business plan objectives.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Perform additional assignments as required by the company or management.
