Global-Lending-Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our automotive lending program within the assigned market. You will sign new dealers, nurture existing relationships, and drive program adoption across dealerships.

The role requires auto finance and auto industry sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. Join a fast-paced team focused on growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Three years auto finance experience; sub-prime experience preferred.
• Three years sales experience in auto industry preferred.
• Local market knowledge with established customer relationships preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Expand market share by signing new dealers and building relationships.
• Develop existing relationships and increase awareness of lending programs.
• Educate dealers on program value and dealer adoption.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, cold calls, and handle inbound calls.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction and retention.
• Complete and submit documentation to track goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business plans and projects.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as needed.
