Ally Financial is seeking ambitious new graduates to join the Auto DRIVE program. The two-year rotational experience starts with immersive training at the Detroit headquarters, offering exposure to Ally’s automotive finance business and a fast-track path to future leadership roles.

You will rotate through multiple lines of business, demonstrate analytical and leadership abilities, and participate in structured mentorship and development programs designed to accelerate your career within Ally.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (Business or Finance preferred).
• Graduating December 2026 - June 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate consumer offerings within underwriting policies and maintain customer service levels.
• Manage a portfolio of dealers and contribute to business growth.
• Participate in a two-year rotational program with early exposure to leadership and business lines.
