Job summary

Ally Financial seeks candidates for its 2027 Early Talent Consumer Banking Accelerated Rotational Program in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid program offers three 8-month rotations across Deposits, Data & Analytics, Invest, Customer Care and more, designed to develop leadership and analytical skills for a future in digital banking.

Graduates between December 2026 and June 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply. Prior industry internships are a bonus.

Qualifications

Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, with an interest in Financial Services.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Gain diverse business experience across multiple lines of business within the Consumer and Commercial Banking organization.
Complete three 8-month rotations across diverse business units, including Deposits, Data & Analytics, Invest, Customer Care and Operations, Business Line Risk, Financial Crimes, Payment Strategy, and Digital.
Demonstrate analytical, leadership, project management, problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills during rotational assignments.
Provide direct customer-facing experience in select rotations to support individual customer needs and improve customer experiences.
Secure subsequent assignments based on demonstrated skill set and interest while in the program.
