Ally Financial is launching the Auto DRIVE program for outstanding college graduates. This two-year rotation program begins with immersive training at our Detroit headquarters, then spans three eight-month rotations across Auto Finance, giving you a fast track to leadership.

You will develop analytical, project management, and communication skills while gaining direct customer-facing experiences and executive exposure. Mentorship, Ally Auto University and tailored development support your growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (Preferred Business or Finance).
• Graduating December 2026 - June 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three eight-month rotations across Auto Finance.
• Gain analytical, leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Engage in direct customer-facing experiences during rotations.
• Rotations provide opportunities to interact with Executive Leadership.
