Ally Financial is seeking graduates for the Auto DRIVE program, a two-year rotational track beginning at our Detroit headquarters, designed to build auto finance business acumen through immersive training and exposure to leaders.

You will complete three 8-month rotations across Auto Finance, demonstrating analytical, leadership, project management, and communication skills while gaining direct customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (Preferred Business or Finance).
• Graduating December 2026 - June 2027.
• Curiosity about a career in the Financial Services industry.
• Must be mobile to any of the five business centers (Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and LA) while participating in the program and may relocate at start/place time.
• Previous internship or professional experience preferred.
• Proven success in a leadership role (campus, classes, community, or sports).
• Multifaceted presenter with strong public speaking, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• 0+ years of experience; Bachelor’s degree required; High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and decisioning consumer offerings within Ally underwriting policies.
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service for the assigned territory.
• Manage a portfolio of dealers and leverage growth opportunities.
• Three 8-month rotations across Auto Finance lines of business, with direct customer-facing experiences.
