Job summary

Ally Financial invites college graduates to join the Consumer Banking Accelerated Rotational Program in Charlotte, NC. The program is in-person with flexibility, running 40 hours per week and starting in July 2027, designed to fast-track leadership development across key banking lines.

Participants will rotate through Deposits, Data & Analytics, Invest, and Customer Care and Operations, building analytical, leadership, and communication skills with potential for future opportunities within Ally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (graduating between December 2026 and June 2027) and an interest in Financial Services.
• Strong candidates will possess/display excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Previous industry-related work experience/internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across Consumer and Commercial Banking lines.
• Gain customer-facing experience and demonstrate analytical, leadership, project management and communication skills.
