Job summary

Walt Massey Automotive Group in Marion, AR, seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to lead the F&I process from start to finish and build lasting customer relationships. You will analyze credit, evaluate loan applications, and ensure all contracts comply with regulations, while coordinating with sales and management to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have proven F&I experience, a strong PVR, and outstanding negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager; not entry-level.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to keep customers happy.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete documentation and customer contracts per regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members on the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products as part of an excellent customer experience.
