Westlake Services, LLC in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking an Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative to build and manage dealer partnerships across the United States. You will present and promote Westlake products, identify prospects, and follow up on CRM leads to grow funded deals.

This full-time role offers a highly incentivized compensation package with a target first-year income of $55,000 to $130,000, plus a $5,000 monthly guaranteed period and commissions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred).
• 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
• High School Diploma required.
• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
