Berlin City Kia in Williston, Vermont is seeking a Guest Services Associate to create a warm, professional atmosphere for customers arriving at the dealership. You will welcome guests, introduce them to the dealership, assist with follow-up, and keep the customer areas clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.

You will also provide administrative and scheduling support, coordinating drivers for vehicle swaps and contacting customers regarding their sales and service experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly introduction to the dealership.
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member.
• Contact sales and service customers to follow up on their experience and support CSI efforts.
• Assist with questions or concerns by directing to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting showroom and waiting area.
• Stock and maintain the customer café and refreshment areas.
• Schedule and coordinate drivers for vehicle swaps.
• Communicate scheduling details and changes to team members.
• Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as needed.
