Job summary

Berlin City Kia in Williston, Vermont seeks a Guest Services Associate to create a welcoming customer experience. You’ll greet guests, guide them to the right person, and assist with follow-up on sales and service journeys, while keeping the lobby and café areas inviting and well stocked.

The role includes administrative support, scheduling drivers for vehicle swaps, and clear communication of changes to the team. Training and growth opportunities are offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly introduction to the dealership
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Contact sales and service customers to follow up on their experience and support CSI efforts
• Help ensure customer questions or concerns are directed to the appropriate manager
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom
• Keep the customer waiting area clean and comfortable
• Stock and maintain the customer café and refreshment areas
• Schedule and coordinate drivers for vehicle swaps
• Communicate scheduling details and changes to the appropriate team members
• Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as needed
