Responsibilities

• Support Service Technicians by sourcing parts needed for repairs.
• Research parts, pricing, and availability using catalogs and systems.
• Provide accurate estimates, delivery timelines, and order-status updates.
• Process transactions accurately for retail and wholesale customers.
• Maintain organized parts inventory and documentation.
