The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. Automotive service experience is preferred, with training available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Automotive service or dealership experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the service team, used car operations, technicians and parts to identify repair needs.
• Write and manage internal repair orders accurately.
• Track progress and communicate timelines to management.
• Provide status updates and handle customer inquiries about repairs.
• Support department organization and overall service operations.
