Job summary

Berlin City Kia in Burlington, Vermont seeks an Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repairs and workflow between service, used cars, technicians and parts. You will write repair orders, monitor progress and ensure timely vehicle completion with strong customer service focus.

The role offers competitive hourly pay plus performance pay, with annual earnings target of $52,000–$64,000 and a robust benefits package including PTO, health coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between service, used car, technicians and parts.
• Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor repair progress and update management on timelines and status.
• Handle inquiries about after‑sales repair work and appointments.
• Maintain strong communication and follow‑up throughout the repair process.
• Support workflow, organization and service operations.
