Berlin City Kia in Williston, VT is seeking an Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Advisor to join our dealership team. You will identify and source the correct parts, support Service Technicians, and provide accurate pricing and availability information for retail and wholesale customers.

The role requires strong parts knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver prompt, dependable service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts, preferably in a dealership.
• Knowledge of parts catalogs and pricing.
• Ability to identify parts and source them accurately.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Support Service Technicians by accurately identifying and sourcing parts needed for vehicle repairs.
• Use electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems to research parts, pricing, and availability.
• Provide accurate estimates, delivery timelines, and order-status updates.
• Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow up on open or backordered parts.
